Stopping Disk Checking in Retropie 4.4

These instructions are adopted from this Sudomod forum thread.

Open the /etc/fstab file (the top 3 lines should end with two numbers):
sudo nano /etc/fstab
Edit the file so that the two numbers at the end of each line are zeroes.
(Some of them should already be zero.)
Save the changes using Ctrl-X, Y, Enter.

Repeat the same changes for the /etc/.fstab file:
sudo nano /etc/.fstab
Save the changes using Ctrl-X, Y, Enter.

The device should not run through the disk checking after the next reboot.
